Dude Girl began in 2003, on a dream and a prayer, really. And on a belief that I could do anything I set my mind to. I've been humbled over the years, and have become a better person and business owner because of those struggles. Someone very close to me has repeatedly expressed that "anyone else in the world would have quit long ago." I'm so glad I didn't quit, and that somewhere deep down there was an ember that never lost its glow. 

I remember my XC racing days in high school and college... there were days that I turned myself inside out for the chance to cross the finish line first. Perhaps I had the ability to suffer more than others -- the victory always outweighed the suffering. Today, I apply that same dig-deep mentality to the success of Dude Girl. We continue to work harder than everybody else out there to ensure that we zip up at the finish line with our arms raised above our heads. We want you to feel this same sense of victory and accomplishment every time you suit up in our gear.
